the lighter side

…in any situation, there is something we can learn, for us to grow as a person.

St. Wenceslas Square

Posted by mom811 on Thursday, May 29th, 2008

From the Old Town Square we walked our way to the unusually-long St. Wenceslas Square, another historic quaint tourist attraction.

It’s main and well-known landmark is the equestrian statue of St. Wenceslas. On the upper part of the avenue is the National Museum. As always, tourists were still around, but because of the length of the place they were dispersed, we could still find a place to pose for a pic, to document our visit. Along the sides spring flowers were in bloom, a lovely sight indeed. The photos speak more than a thousand words. It will make you wish you were there! :)
