Wow, nice to know we live close to each other in Negros, hihihi. I am from Bacolod City, in Taculing, it is close to the old Airport. Now, the airport is in Silay. I think I only had witnessed Masskara Festival once when I was in high school since we danced for Kiwanis Club :( I usually avoid the streets on those days because of the crowd. However, as I see the pictures now from blogs, it seem to me the costumes, the dances and the masques are really getting more creative.
