Oh oh, but sad to hear you've changed your mind re:citizenship coz of our own consulate! How about writing to them about what wrong was done (at least man lang di masayang, or may mapala, ang natabo sa imo) to let them be aware of the result of whatever they did, then copy furnished the Department of Foreign Affairs here, so they also will know what kind of staff they have there.

i also planned on coming home this december, but sadly the philippine consulate in LA was so disappointing, i don't think i will ever go back there again to apply for passport (mine expired). so, i will just wait for my citizenship and apply for american passport instead. I before had no plans of applying for american citizenship as my loyalty was to my hometown, but then, our very own phil embassy gave me bad experience to change my mind.</description>
